Sourcia is a sourcing-assistance workflow, not a supplier marketplace, escrow provider, customs broker, freight forwarder, or legal advisor.
App licence and Terms of Use (EULA)
Your licence to use the Sourcia iOS app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the standard Terms of Use, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . That agreement governs the app licence itself. The sections below are Sourcia's additional service terms and describe what the sourcing service does and does not promise; where the two ever conflict on the app licence, Apple's standard EULA governs.
Subscriptions and renewal
Lite (US$4.99/month), Pro (US$9.99/month), and Max (US$19.99/month) are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings; refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Supplier results
AI cards and visual-search leads are not confirmed supplier quotes. A result becomes desk-verified or live-quote only after the Expert Desk records verification or supplier replies.
No purchase guarantee
Supplier identity, price, MOQ, lead time, availability, product quality, and export readiness can change. Buyers must review final supplier terms before paying a supplier or placing an order.
Compliance
Sourcia does not provide customs, tax, certification, product-safety, trademark, or legal advice. Buyers are responsible for import rules and product compliance in their destination market.
App access and credits
Lite, Pro, and Max subscriptions and one-time Sourcia credit top-ups are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Expert Desk access is included only with Pro and Max and uses the Desk-point allowance for the verified subscription billing period shown in the app.
No hidden product markup
Sourcia should not be interpreted as promising no middleman involvement. The intended promise is no hidden product markup: supplier quote and service fee are shown separately when available.
Physical purchases
Tangible samples or products, freight, customs, warehousing, inspection, and other physical fulfillment may be paid separately outside Apple In-App Purchase. Those payments do not unlock digital content or app features.
